It was a group paper that had the target audience of the professor and potentially the Office of Communications at St. Norbert College. The first learning outcome is to answer communication questions using appropriate research. This paper fulfills this learning outcome because it relied on a literature review of past research as well as research of our own which was through the method of a survey and interview.
