The purpose of the project was to analyze conflict management styles that teens use; specifically, adolescents 15-21 who have siblings. My hypothesizes adolescents would utilize the collaborative or competitive management styles and could potentially model parental \u201cboss\u201d conflict management style. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
