This was created for the internship that I had over the summer and school year with Northwestern Mutual in Appleton where I was there Operations Intern. While in this role I worked with the Executive board which consisted of the COO, the Executive assistant, the Head of Recruitment, and the Director of Training. I was tasked with many responsibilities while I was there but this was one of the newest projects that was given to me. I recreated the Internship newsletter for the next summer. This is for all of the interns as well as their mentors to see how they are doing and who the top interns are. This was the March edition of the internship newsletter.
