Analysis of dental city

This project was intended to analyze the atmosphere that Dental City created. Looking at the different aspects that create a business culture, an in depth analysis was created to show what employees value most. The intended audience for the completed works was veteran employees of Dental City. Course: COME 426 - Organizational Communication.

Health Campaign Analysis

Looking in depth at a health campaign, this papers' intentions was to find relevant information that was drawn specifically from the health campaign and the PSA's. The reason for this analysis was to see if a health campaign did its job in spreading useful information to a specific audience. While the health campaign I observed was intended for teens, this analysis was for my professor. Course: COME 327 - Health Communication.

ANalysis of Hegemonic masculinity

This paper was written to take a specific lens (in this case hegemonic masculinity), and apply it to a text. Finding relevant and scholarly reports on hegemonic masculinity, taking inspiration for guidelines to follow, and applying it to the movie I chose to analyze was important to complete this assignment. Finding whether this film had the lens I chose to scope in on was the focus of this paper. Course: COME 467 - Television Criticm.

Scholarly Report evaluation

This evaluation was to show an understanding of properly analyzing a scholarly report and article. It was used to apply to a research project, but required an in depth analyzation. It was crutial that I found relevant information as I created this evaluation to guide me for an additional research project later in the semester. This was to show the professor that I was able to find, read, and evaluate the usefulness of a scholarly article. Course: COME 124 - Principles Mass Communication.

Image repair essay

The objective of this essay was to address the importance and aspects of image repair. In this assignment, I analyzed a popular Youtuber and his success in repairing his image. Reading a direct transcript of his apology video and using popular repairing techniques, I was able to examine in depth the steps required to make a proper and believable image repair. This essay was intended for the professor to see if I was able to proficiently inspect image repair. Course: COME 320 - Crisis Communication.

emotional well-being infographic

This infographic was created out of an original research idea for the course. I had to do research on a topic that dealt with the emotional well-being of humans. I chose this topic because it is a heavily discussed issue amongst society, and I wanted the target audience (parents of children going through a divorce) to find advice in one concise location. Course: COME 328 - Family Communication.

Original Research infographic

The purpose of this research project was to locate relevant information on a topic we were passionate about. Doing research from the start of something in history to current affairs was to show that I was able to make information flow from one state to the next. I created it in infographic form as it was the easiest to follow from start to finish. The project was intended for anyone who was just as passionate about this topic as I was. Is netflix distruptive?

The purpose of this infograghic was to choose a scope of disparity talked about throughout the course (i.e: race, gender) and research how this effects directing and writing behind the scenes of Netflix. We were instructed to figure out if Netflix's production was heading towards being more inclusive towards minorities. I chose this scope because it seems like a pressing topic that needs to be discussed further. Course: COME 389 - Netflix: Disruptive Entertainment.
