Our goal (the students) was to analyze the organizational culture at dental city and devise ways to help them adapt it to Covid’s hybrid style.
Learning Outcome 1
This covers learning objective one, since we personally spoke to the company to learn about their needs, and we applied what we discovered in our research to find things that would work for them. We learned the company’s needs through personal interviews and surveys.
Learning Outcome 3
In a communication with us, Dental City expressed struggle with integrating their existing culture into the hybrid model. By actively listening, we were able to hear their needs and designed an action plan to meet their needs.
