The purpose of the project was to analyze conflict management styles that teens use; specifically, adolescents 15-21 who have siblings. My hypothesizes adolescents would utilize the collaborative or competitive management styles and could potentially model parental “boss” conflict management style.

Learning Outcome 2
I used this Podcast/video to communicate the different ways my interviewees handled conflict with their siblings, I also looked to see if there was a similarity between the interviewee style and one of the parents styles.

This Podcast/video satisfies number 3 As I was able to test my research against my own interviews that I conducted along with research that I found on the topic.
