In this portfolio we looked at the company dental city, specifically looking at their organizational culture and how we can help them adapt it to the hybrid style that covid has created.
Learning Outcome 1: This covers learning objective one as we spoke to the company personally, learned their needs, and applied it to the research we did for things that would work for the company. Using personal interviews and surveys allowed us to learn the needs.
Learning Outcome 3: Dental city communicated with us that they were struggling with making their culture work for the hybrid work style. We used active listening to listen to their needs and applied these messages to create the best action plan for them.
