Throughout my time at St. Norbert College, I have managed two Instagram accounts. The pages were for BUD and the Equality Project. BUD is a woman's social group on campus to serve the greater Green Bay community and create long-lasting friendships with other students. The Equality Project is an intersectional feminist group advocating to make SNC an inclusive, fair, and safe place for all students.
The BUD Instagram was used to highlight a 'BUD girl of the month', show milestones of members, promote events like recruitment, throwbacks, and 'BUD girls, where are they now?'. Along with the Instagram account, I updated several FaceBook groups with alumni of the group and helped connect previous members.
The Instagram posts for the Equality Project helped advertise meetings, events, and local programs we had through posts and stories.
