For this, I addressed the learning objectives of mass media content analysis. Within this research topic, I delved into the way Native Americans are portrayed and seen on social media, and how that affects the way they are seen by society. To accomplish this research, I went through social media and looked at posts about Natives from races outside of theirs. Likewise, I looked at scholarly articles to obtain factual evidence that can go towards my research to further prove the ways that Native American culture is affected and seen by society. Likewise, I conducted interviews with other people on campus to see the way that people around me think of Natives along with what they know about them currently and their history. So that I can see if my research may be able to be applied to my everyday life at SNC, especially since we have a Native Council on campus. Furthermore, this will help me see if the council is spreading this culture so that it is seen in its true light. Overall, I looked at how social media affects the view of Native Americans and to see if their true culture is seen or covered up by the ideas portrayed on social media. As well as if the knowledge of Native Americans and awareness that SNC brings to this culture is helping to give this predominantly white college know the true culture and lifestyle of Native Americans. This includes their history and present ways.

fall 2021-22
This resource was developed for the target audience of those interested in learning about the nonverbal communication that happens in a (campus) sports lounge. The learning objectives we applied to this research were doing in field research, we did this by taking a good amount of hours to sit and observe the environment and then gather together to take note of what we found important. Next, we had to apply that to research studies and empirical articles that we found. Then, finally, we put all of that together to write a research article on it as a team.
fall 2021-22
The target audience was families, specifically families that go through long distances.
For this resource, I had to go through learning objectives to conduct interviews about a ritual my family does and go into depth about how and why it started. Then take the information I gathered and write a paper on my findings.
