Description: Organization Communication was one of my Capstones. In this class, we looked at organizational communication theories, and we examined the history of business structure. This class worked closely with a local organization so as to attempt to understand and offer solutions to a communication problem that organization was experiencing. This class was extremely important because it allowed my classmates and I to take our knowledge of communication theories and apply them real-time to a real communication problem.
