The final presentation in Business and Professional Speaking (COME 322) was an eleven to twelve minute persuasive presentation about a chosen topic. As an avid Theatre Lover, I decided to create a Persuasive Presentation about the need to give theatre programs more funding. I had to research pros of being involved in theatre, theatre budget breakdowns, and other topics to provide evidence for my statement.

The Persuasive Presentation Assignment is important because it not only shows my research skills, but my ability to accurately and effectively articulate an argument with evidence in from of a large group. As the final project of Business and Professional Speaking, I demonstrated my knowledge gained from the class, and my refined ability to communicate.
